Western blot analysis was used to analyze apoptosis-related factor protein expression. (B, C) Oral cancer cells were treated with indicated concentration of AOF for 48 hr. Apoptotic cells were stained with annexin V and PI and analyzed by Arthur image based cytometry. Data are expressed as mean±standard deviations. The Y-axis represents the percent of cells positive for annexin V (green), PI (red), annexin V and PI (yellow), or negative for annexin V and PI (blue).
