Fig. 2. The effects of AOF on the cell viability of oral cancer cells. The extract fermented with AO (0.2%) at 30°C for 72 hr (AOF) was treated with oral cancer cells YD-8 and YD-10B (A, B, and C), and normal cells 293T (D). Cells were treated with various concentration of AOF for 24 hr (A) 48 hr (B, C, and D). Cell viability was measured by MTT assay. Data are expressed as the mean±standard deviations. Statistical analyses were performed using paired t-test. AOF, Aspergillus oryzae fermentation extract; AO, Aspergillus oryzae; UF; unfermented extract. *p<0.05, **p<0.01.
